Saw the term "Flappening" trending - what did I miss?

Okay, I was away from my screens for a weekend and came back to see "Flappening" all over my crypto feeds. I know a "Flippening" is about Ethereum and Bitcoin, but what on earth is a Flappening? Did something major happen with Dogecoin? My feed is just memes and no explanation. Can someone give me the straight story on what this event was actually about?
