  • Being honest with yourself is difficult. I couldn't do it for a long time: I either rationalized or avoided thinking about myself altogether. Then I came across liven reviews, just out of interest - and stayed. These are not just reviews, but a lively conversation between people who also wanted to understand how to start hearing themselves. For me, this was key — to recognize that internal dialogue is possible, but you need to learn it. I started with something simple: talking about what I felt for 5 minutes a day. The results were not immediate, but gradually I began to understand my reactions. My advice: start small, and you will be surprised how it works.

  • Mindfulness is often associated with meditation, but one of its tools is internal dialogue. Conducting an internal monologue helps to identify attitudes and patterns of thinking. Dialogue with yourself is a skill that requires time, observation and regular practice without haste.
