There is 0 proof of what the money was used for. The link at the bottom only refreshes the page instead of going to the pr of the proposal. This bug makes it harder to invesitgate proposals and hold the authors accountable.https://repo.getmonero.org/monero-project/ccs-front/-/issues/4Add "General Fund" Viewkey to the ccs.getmonero.org page2022-10-17T05:54:36ZJohn R365Add "General Fund" Viewkey to the ccs.getmonero.org pageCurrently the https://ccs.getmonero.org/ page shows the general fund address, but it doesn't show the viewkey for this address.

I would suggest that for the CSS homepage, in the footer, where the text says:
"Donate to the Monero Project
By donating to the following Monero address (General Fund), you are supporting the Monero Project. If you wish to donate to a specific proposal, please see Funding Required."
We add underneath something like: "To view donations to this address, use the viewkey: f359631075708155cc3d92a32b75a7d02a5dcf27756707b47a2b31b21c389501"
The viewkey is already public - just not necessarily easy to find. Having it here would improve transparency - which should encourage donations. Also view keys are a powerful feature of Monero that ought to be demonstrated and taken advantage of!

I am thinking it would be good to get notified when a new CCS enters the Funding Required stage. Currently I find that the only way to know about new projects that require funding if you want to help support them is to regularly check the CCS website, but even then some proposals get missed unless you check it daily. I think this could be a useful feature for people who want to know right away when a project needs funding.
Another idea I had was the ability to 'subscribe' to certain proposals that you are interested in. So say that you like a CCS and made a donation and want to keep updated on progress, you could subscribe to receive e-mail notifications on the progress throughout the CCS proposal stages.
Not sure how difficult these 2 features would be to implement but I think they could be useful for people who want to be more involved with the CCS. One last idea which may be the simplest would be to just have a weekly CCS newsletter that is automated and sends out information on new proposals and new updates to current CCS projects in progress.https://repo.getmonero.org/monero-project/ccs-front/-/issues/2broken link how to ccs page2022-09-24T05:29:27Zt-900-abroken link how to ccs pageOn webpage: https://ccs.getmonero.org/how-to-ccs/

1. New page on the CCS to ask for donations
* Contains Monero donation address at top
* Link to #3 for adding address to page
* Contains donation addresses for workgroups in middle
* Contains donation addresses for individuals at bottom
2. New link on ccs.getmonero.org to the new page
* Link is clearly separate from the main CCS flow (eg: different color, divider, etc)
* Contains an image similar to the existing image theme (optional)
3. Add rules to https://ccs.getmonero.org/what-is-ccs/
* Heading at bottom of existing page: "How to add link to donation page"
* Contains the following text:
Some long-time contributors and established workgroups may add their donation addresses (in XMR) to the CCS donation page. This page is mostly independent of the traditional CCS process and serves as a nice donation address repository for some contributors and workgroups.
Donation addresses are subject to community discussion before addition. Generally, only well-established contributors and workgroups are considered. You are responsible for making people aware of your request. Try sharing the request in community meetings, on Reddit, and in other areas of the community.
Contributors or workgroups who are controversial or combative may not be added to the donation page. Those who have periods of inactivity or no clear use of funds (for example, if the workgroup ceases operations) may have their donation addresses removed.
Open an issue to remove your address if you would like it removed.
---
Open to interpretation, but I hope this is a helpful starting point. We still need to figure out where the address addition/removal issues are added and how to do it. I would rather it be done in the main CCS proposal repo than somewhere else. Open to ideas here.
