CCS Code Licensing - should it not be open source?

Currently the code for the CCS is set to "No licence", which appears to be an oversight, given that it was developed by community members.

The code is spread over 3 repos, so the license would need to be changed in all 3:

  • CCS Frontend
  • CCS Backend
  • CCS Proposals

To my knowledge, the developers were Xiphon, Devin and Diego (@rehrar) - so would want sign-off from at least those 3 before making the change.

Raising this issue to gather approvals.
