    Not sure if this is the best place but I do not know where else to ask. My proposal has been complete for 5 weeks but does not seem anyone has seen it.

        Hello,

        Proposers should contact me for payout when work is completed (usually IRC, but I don't object to other methods).

        I don't normally monitor issues in this repo. If you confirm here or to me directly that this information is not stale, we can proceed with payment.
