Cannot fork ccs-proposals due to permissions — please raise project limit (username: feather-weight)

Following the official CCS guide: https://ccs.getmonero.org/how-to-ccs/ I’m blocked on Step 2 (forking monero-project/ccs-proposals):

• Personal namespace disabled (“Limit reached. You cannot create projects in your personal namespace.”) • No “New group” button available, so I cannot fork into a group either.

Request: Please raise my personal project limit or enable group creation so I can fork and submit my CCS MR. GitLab username: feather-weight.

Context: I’ve built Monero GUI for Linux, macOS, and Windows; Android in progress (school project). Ready to push over HTTPS immediately once the fork is enabled. proof.txt
