- downloads.yml version tag has been separated to two, one for gui and one for cli
- Downloads page has been adjusted to reflect the changes

- Deleted flippin' template directories (unnecessary now)

Despite the obviousness of the length of the hash, and the fact that
there is a small note on the page noting the type of hash, the point
should be made clearly and quickly.

Also, vim (my fault) cleaned up trailing whitespace for several files.

Should cut down on people downloading the blockchain by default.
