Add another voice to the "Recent News" menu

Right now we have Announcements, Meeting Logs, Releases and All Posts. The problem is that most of the blog posts end up in the Releases page, because there isn't a better place to put them and some community members are concerned that having them in the general All Posts section is not optimal. The discussion started in !1167 (comment 8037).

The proposal is to create another submenu where we can list blog posts from the community. What should we put in this section? How should we name it?
