Change "ongoing task" icon for accessibility

Consider changing the "ongoing task" icon to be a half filled circle or other distinction to be more accessible to those with color vision deficiency or related conditions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
