Improve RSS experience

Problem: Currently the RSS feed isn't in a location where it's likely to be seen and it isn't detected by Akregator when using the getmonero.org URL to add a feed. Improving the RSS feed experience drives RSS adoption and helps increase readership of blog posts.

Solution:

  1. Put RSS feed somewhere that isn't the very bottom of the website
  2. Look into what's required for RSS readers like KDE's Akregator to detect RSS feeds on getmonero.org
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
