Link from user_guides/mine-to-pool 404 error page

Hi everyone,

Noticed that in the _i18n/en/resources/user-guides/mine-to-pool.md the link for wolf's CPUMiner, shows error 404, seems user wolff9466, no longer has a profile on github. I'm not sure and don't have the programming skills yet to suggest a different cpuminer-multi link.

Found this link (https://github.com/lucasjones/cpuminer-multi) for the cpuminer-multi, but in order to make a PR suggesting changes someone should review it first.
