BITEXBOOK exchange XMR tickers update (XMR/USD and XMR/RUB).

BITEXBOOK exchange has extended their XMR trading pairs with XMR/USD and XMR/RUB:

Could you please update the tickers with new RUB and USD pairs on your "Merchants" page? Now there is only XMR/BTC pair.
