Which wallets should we list in the "Downloads" section? Should we have a dedicated section in the "Merchant" page?

The discussion started in !1104 (closed) where a closed source wallet proposed to be listed in the Downloads page, specifically, the Mobile & Light Wallets section. This page unlike the merchant page lists services which are considered trusted by the community and are open source.

Should we only list open source wallets on the Downloads page? if yes, should we add a Wallets section in the merchant page, where any (legit) wallet which supports Monero can be listed?
