    SECURITY.md with private reporting + scope, CONTRIBUTING with the ground
rules (zero new deps, BigInt money math, fail closed), issue templates
including a wallet-compat report form, PR checklist. webhook module gets
a committed suite (8 checks, retry + signature paths). 0.1.3 is identical
code — republish to repopulate the registry readme field that the
0.1.0/0.1.1 unpublishes left empty (socket.dev flagged it).
