amount:Welcome ladies and gentleman! I'll be your host this evening. I go by a couple of names.. People call me a lot of things, some of them to my face! But usually, they call me: ofrnxmr.
Historically I have tried to remain selfless, covering my Monero-related expenses out-of-pocket. Over the past couple of years, I've survived almost entirely on donations received via the #monero-support matrix channel. While not easy, the handful of donations I received was enough to keep me from crashing. [disclaimer: During bad times, I have had to borrow xmr from the community] That being said, mid 2023 til present has seen a lot of unnecessary attempts to stagnate work i had previously invested time, energy or money into. Matrix room admins, specifically erc, sgp, and now xmrscott - decided they'd like for monero to be subject to their comfort zones, a mindset that has never produced anything and is counter to monero's ability to withstand an adversarial environment. The former 2 have since stepped down (They should have never had the power to direct conversation or handle conflicts in the first place) while the latter 1 (scott) does everything in his "power" to limit my ability to access discussions or to efficiently collaborate with contributors..
My proposal may seem a bit out of the ordinary. This can be attributed to the fact that I am ofrnxmr. I'm nor ordinary, nor are my ideas/plans. A standard proposal wouldnt make much sense.
While there are a few items on the list of things I'd like to get done, this proposal is intended to lean towards my work being largely without specific targets. This is a generic proposal, unrelated to any specific commitments such as my work with BasicSwapDEX or potentialy co-maintaining docs for example (if necessary).

Includes (where possible):
- Matrix / Monero first point of contact / customer support

- Continue and expand collaboration with devs, researchers, contributors and community on various features/implementations/projects/issues/exploits to help ensure monero reaches max potential.
- Finish cleaning up CCS Hack response (setting up multisig, jetfund, generalfund, etc)
- Providing ofrn-oversight to keep low hanging fruit away from bad actors, whether malicious or simply and the like.
- Gathering funds to financially support other contributors, both volunteer and crowdfunding initiatives.
