I find this proposal way exaggerated and badly structured. You are asking the community to fund an entire team of 4 people with a full salary for 6 months for a total of 37k USD at the moment of writing. That's a lot of trust and resources your asking for.

I suggest to resize this proposal drastically, starting from proposing to be funded for 3 months (not 6) as it's common for the near totality of CCS funded individual (including the long term contributors who gained trust from the community in years of work). A way to resize the proposal could be to produce only some aimed videos, removing those that are already covered somewhere else or are too general and in my opinion don't deserve a video. For example, i don't care of having a video in Spanish explaining people why it's better than Dash or Decred.

You also include in the proposal the creation of memes and news. You are basically asking to fund an entire marketing division to work on Monero. I don't think we should fund this proposal, at least not in its current form.

Furthermore, the structure of your merge request doesn't respect the guidelines to create a CCS proposal (where is the file with the detailed milestones?) and it's very confusing, which is not a great introduction for a team which want to work on content creation. For example, i don't understand how many videos you would create and some of those are maybe blog post? The last part of the post in particular it's not clear at all, it's a mix of bullet points that seem to be under a "Blogs" category with no clear structure.

Hello @erciccione thank you for the feedback and excuse me for the trouble. Starting with the files I was sure that was the first thing I did following the steps to create a proposal maybe I did something wrong so I am sorry for that.

As for the payment we absolutely could resize the proposal as we did some mistakes while watching some similar projects we left some things behind that now I see better thanks to your comment.

Would you recommend us to close the merge and have a better proposal for next time? (I will be surethat this time I upload the file the detailed milestone)

If you have some other tips I would gladly appreciate it as we want to learn more about respecting the rules here and to fully demonstrate that we want to do a good job helping the monero community to grow.
