This is a proposal to translate the core part of the website to Serbian language. I think that the translation will have a slight impact on the people in Balkan who understand Serbian for a bigger adaptation of Monero. The whole translation and checking will be done by me.

There is a lot of faulty translation which will need editing. The translation will be done in ~4 days after the milestone is achieved.
If everything goes well i will probably translate the rest of the site (Moneropedia and userguides) and after that is done i could do a translation to Japanese.
