Core website translation to Serbian

This is a proposal to translate the core part of the website. I believe that translating this to Serbian will have a slight impact to the bigger adaptation of Monero in Balkan. Since not everybody understands English really well a translation will be really helpful to them.

I got an English C1 certificate and I am currently studying Japanese at the Faculty of philology. I believe that I will be able to translate it by myself.

7157 need checking and a lot of them will need editing. The left over 2,226 words will be translated after that. The job will be done ~4days. A compensation of 3xmr should be fair enough.

If everything goes well I will translate the rest of the site (Moneropoedia and userguides) and after that I will do a full Japanese translation.

Maybe I overlook something, but shouldn't a proposal for the CCS include an estimate for the amount of XMR asked for?

EDIT: I think I saw it now, my bad: 5 XMR, is that correct?

Yes. That is correct. I don't know if that is too much to ask for because there a lot of obsolete translations that will need to be edited out and the other half needs to be fully translated.

I changed it to 3XMR. I checked the previous translations and a bit of the job has already been translated.

Working with this particular user is being a pain. They refuse to follow my instructions and constantly complain about their payout not being released yet (Weblate was locked for some time as a result of low quality work that needed to be re-reviewed and then reverted).

I would be against any future CCS proposal open by this person.

Apparently all the strings submitted by this contributor were confirmed by a newly created user on Weblate, which confirmed all the strings in a single day. This suggests that probably the author of this proposal created a second account to confirm their own translations. This is making the reviewing process much slower.

A trusted reviewer is now re-reviewing these strings. This person pointed out that some translations submitted by @readifugly (especially the more technical ones) are of low quality or plain wrong and will need extensive work to get fixed. The reviewer has been working on this for days, but more time will be necessary.

As a result of what said above, i'm freezing the account of @readifugly and of the reviewer who confirmed the strings(@bladeecity), to make sure they will be not able to submit/review strings on Weblate and/or game the rules in the future.
