The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Most of the work has been PR'ed, including Dandelion++ updates and some optimizations to p2p output. My private repo has a working branch for DANE/TLSA with the wallet, and an experimental change for std::error_code->boost::system::error_code but its inclusion is uncertain due to performance concerns. I also have a writeup of the proposed work/spec to be done if SSL/TLS or Noise protocol is selected for p2p.
