Proposal
Work for 30 hours per week over the next 3 months (from August to end of October) at a rate of 45€ / hour. At 148€ / XMR (14 day EMA) this makes 110 XMR.

- Fix fee estimation in GUI, take priority into account
- Fix a bug that would cause the GUI to create log files in unwanted places
- Evaluated the new macOS version is regards to monero compatibility. End users can upgrade fine, developers need a workaround for a RandomX related issue.
- Smaller fixes, improvements and maintenance work (CLI, GUI)
