Proposal

Work for 30 hours per week over the next 3 months (from August to end of October) at a rate of 45€ / hour. At 148€ / XMR (14 day EMA) this makes 110 XMR.

1. Milestone

• Skip bootstrap nodes that are lower than last checkpoint
• Preparing a new release to fix some bugs introduced with v0.18 (v0.18.1.1)
• lmdb update to master branch testing
• Investigate slow daemon exit on macOS in some cases, add a workaround for GUI simple mode
• Smaller fixes and improvements (CLI, GUI)

• Fix fee estimation in GUI, take priority into account
• Fix a bug that would cause the GUI to create log files in unwanted places
• Evaluated the new macOS version is regards to monero compatibility. End users can upgrade fine, developers need a workaround for a RandomX related issue.
• Smaller fixes, improvements and maintenance work (CLI, GUI)
