Update vtnerd-2021-q1.md as completed.

This finally marks my last CCS as completed. This included updating LWS to track fees, adding ZMQ-PUB support for pre-selected accounts/payment-ids in LWS, adding optional RMQ-PUB support to LWS, adding zero-conf payment-id detection to webhooks/zmw/rmq. I also hunted down two bugs in Monero core daemon.

The big effort was on a ~90% noise implementation for Monero core daemon. I also logged some hours for Bulletproof++, but it was mainly in reading the literature and there is only minimal code available for that (awaiting an audit of the paper, with hopefully decent notes for me before moving forward).
