This past CCS part 1, I did various code reviews, some work on P2P-noise with Monero (abandoned), webhooks for new accounts to LWS, added CI workflows to LWS, added a validation REST endpoin to LWS, and changed error handling in LWS block fetching

The biggest effort was on P2P+SSL, and pushing along the new serialization interface.
