Proposal
Work for 30 hours per week over the next 3 months (from Februrary to end of April) at a rate of 50€ / hour. At 145€ / XMR (14-day EMA) this makes 124 XMR.

1. Milestone
- Spent most of my time on preparing v0.18.3.2. It was decided that all remaining bug fixes will be included in a follow up release to avoid further delays.
- Researched and resolved a HackerOne report.
- Prepare website changes for the upcoming riscv64 binaries.
- Continued to optimize our issue tracker by adding new labels, close old issue.

2. Milestone
- Spent most of my time dealing with the tx spam, monitoring for user issues etc.
- v0.18.3.2 was released, v0.18.3.3 has also been tagged to fix a regression.
- Fix broken auto-fee selection
