Proposal
Work for 30 hours per week over the next 3 months (from December to end of Feburary) at a rate of 50€ / hour. At 150€ / XMR this makes ~130 XMR.

1. Milestone
- Continued work on v0.18.4.0 with over 70 PRs merged.
- Handled more new HackerOne reports that were investigated with fixes being scheduled for the next release.
- Repo related organization work.

- Most time was spent on v0.18.4.0, I also created a to-do list that shows the current status.
- Removed old debug code that we used to verify the difficulty code, this could speed up sync times.

- v0.18.4.0 is code-ready and currently in testing phase, some bugs have been found that are being investigated.
- Traced down a bug in a recently merged PR that is part of v0.18.4.0.
- Handle the recent DDoS attempt on public nodes.
