Boog900 full time work on Cuprate (3 months)

I am Boog900, you can see my last CCS here.
What
I will continue to work on advancing Cuprate. During my last CCS we successfully released the first alpha version of Cuprate.
The main focuses will be working towards feature parity with monerod's RPC interface and getting ready
for FCMP++. I also plan to continue my more recent work of improving our existing subsystems;
the txpool and address book
are examples of recent subsystems that I have been improving.
