Downloads: Link to Kastelo needs to be http, not https

I noticed that on the Downloads page, there is a link to Kastelo.

https://kastelo.org

This needs to be insecure as the site doesn't support https.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

I think would be better to ask the Kastelo folks to get a certificate instead of linking to an insecure domain. Will write on the IRC room.
