Update Roadmap

erciccione requested to merge erciccione/monero-site:roadmap into master

This is the updated roadmap. I added many of the items suggested by @sgp (#1039 (comment 8723)) and adapted the completed and ongoing activities.

This PR will update only the English version of the website, i will add it to the other languages once this list is approved.
