As i have been suggested by @mattcode55 in #705 not to change the Atomic units denomination in the developer guides, i suggest to add a moneropedia "Atomic Units" article, cross-refered in "denomination" article, and links to in developer guides.

I made three separated commit for ease of change, let me know if you want anything removed or squashed.
