Intro

This merge request is in regards to the hosting of JupyterHub guides and tutorials for developers across the Monero ecosystem. The current state and syallbus can be found here. A proof-of-concept tutorial is available at xmr-dev-guides. A GitHub account is required for OAUTH. Open the notebook at hiahatf_shared/tutorial1.ipynb. Code cells can be executed via ctrl+enter.
