plowsof - CCS Coordinator + QATS

Who?

Hello, plowsof here, I show up and try to be helpful. My previous proposals:

my role has since expanded and whats left of my hair is turning gray. now i also maintain/host infra for the community and Monero project:

• 3 seed nodes with high(est) uptime (clearnet/i2p/tor)
• coolify instances of https://docs.getmonero.org, beta getmonero, and weblate,
• public RPC nodes (test/stage/mainnet) and explorers (stage/testnet).

i also do some misc. useful things such as n1oc / historical CCS overfunding and monero-torrent, noticed a scam operation had their databases public, and recently looked into 0-conf support for the CCS backend.

What?

CCS Coordination related tasks:

• Checking up on the CCS WIP list to find / fix problems early (e.g. payments overdue, proposers AWOL, investigating complaints). Some of this is done via gitlab merge requests.
• Present community consensus to core.

Quality Assurance, Testing & Support (QATS):

• Someone who is online for several hours a day / 7 days a week that knows what's going on.
• Act as a liaison to Core - keep them informed of whats happening / poke them when required / handle their requests.
• QA testing new features/bug fixes each release cycle in the GUI, CLI, and RPC wallets.
  • for FCMP++ stressnet my contributions have been minimal; hosting a node, spamming of the chain using xmrspammer, and some GUI/CLI usage, my efforts here should be expanded on.
• monero-site contributions where i'm a stop-gap maintainer. My time spent here must increase to help the transition to the new back/front end.
• Secretarial tasks for https://bounties.monero.social/ (requesting payouts upon completion of bounties and such)
  • short term tasks include moving the bounties repo to the monero-project and gathering feedback for rule updates.

Proposal

Work for 30 hours per week over the next 3 months* at a rate of 50€ / hour. At 293.75€ / XMR (30-day EMA) this makes ~66.60 XMR.
